Features of termination of the employment contract by the employer according to the new Labour Code

Abstract

The new Labour Code, adopted by special law of the Republic of Kazakhstan is different making various changes to the labor market of our country. It may be noted also that even the scope of the Labour Code has decreased. Also, the new Code includes many new concepts and types of activities. Given the fact that covered by the labor code issues provide an opportunity for a new regulate the relationship between the employee and the employer in this article, the author analyzes the changes in respect of termination of the employment contract by the employer.The new Labour Code provides new grounds for terminating an employment contract by the employer. The author of this article analyzes the data base and trying to identify their characteristics. Also, share your opinion with respect to the data bases.
