Abstract

This clause is dedicated to some of the issues of state registration of rights to immovable property. Especially, the value of the state registration of rights to immovable property. The concept of state registration of rights to immovable property is studied. The features of the registration of real estate rights are considered. The procedure for registration of rights to immovable property.
