The development history of the institute of child adoption

Abstract

The main issue of this article is about the adoption of child, to appoint guardian, protector and foster parent. The adoption of child is an ancient institute. It was known from ancient times and was spread widely. Generally this institute was spread from Rome rights. It is well known among current legal framework. There were formed new ways of accommodation of children who is without care of parent. The most difficult and complex is adoption.
