Some legal aspects of the customs services of SGD MF RK in modern conditions

Abstract

The article discusses some aspects of the customs services of SRC MF RK in modern conditions. Preliminary findings of the study of the question shows that, in terms of content conceptual changes were measures of fiscal policy and the customs authorities of their transfer to the jurisdiction of tax authorities. Other tasks of customs bodies, filled with new content, have not undergone radical changes. Changes in the sphere of customs activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan have been caused by the generation and the start of implementation of the new tax policy of the state policy aimed at improving the efficiency of formation of government revenue.
