The customs union is an important stage of the integrative cooperation development

Abstract

This article is about economic integration of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus and legal principles of the Union. Creating the Customs union between Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia is an important stage of the integrative cooperation development between mentioned states. Accessory of three state members of integration to formerly organized international economic association EuroAsEC is the factor, which influenced on the organizing the system of customs affairs administrating in the Customs union.
