Abstract

The article discusses the features of the formation and development of the institution of presidential power in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In connection with the constitutional reforms of the institute of presidency is constantly being improved, changes in the Constitution and other constitutional acts. Status of the Head of State, its authority in collaboration with other public authorities show a qualitative strengthening of the institute of presidency in the system of separation of powers. Key words: institution of the presidency, the head of state, the division of power, the political process.
