Despite the vast number of studies on forgery, forgery and other types of forgery, the overwhelming majority of them analyze the problems of criminal law regulation of a particular crime. As a rule, they are not of a complex nature, and so far internal interrelations and regularities in the formulation and correlation of the relevant crimes have not been identified.
