International experience in legal support of environmental safety in the space activities

Abstract

In this paper, a comprehensive and integrated considered one of the most pressing issues of international space law and international environmental law concerning the environmental safety of space activities. The content of international and national legislation. This paper studied the principles of international legal protection of the environment from the adverse effects of space activities, as well as liability issues are investigated for environmental pollution and space. The study made recommendations for improving the current legislation as well as the theoretical conclusions.
The methodological basis of the article made a comparative legal method, the formal-logical, systematic structural analysis, scientific abstraction, the unity of objective and subjective in the development of the legal process, peer review, content – analysis of documents and materials.
Author, studying issues of international legal protection from negative posledsvy Space concludes that increasing the efficiency of law-making and enforcement of the UN shows the ability to create and the role of international organizations for the protection of the environment from the adverse effects of space activities.
