The consideration of civil cases on the legal entities liquidation in Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article deals with the consideration of process of legal entity’s liquidation in civil proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The level of confidence in the court is one of the most important criteria for evaluating the work of the courts which must be considered in the administration of justice. By comparative analysis of the new civil procedure legislation there are various priorities and innovations for liquidation of legal entities emerged. Also the article identifies the problems of civil cases in this area. It is possible to find some proper approaches to solving complex legal cases from the practice trials on liquidation of the legal entity.
