General characteristics of the collateral

Abstract

This clause focuses on the general characteristics of the collateral under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The pledge holds a specific place among ways of ensuring execution of civil obligations now. The pledge operations are widespread in civil circulation, especially in connection with receiving by economic entities of the commercial credit. The pledge is one of the most important factors of stabilization of civil circulation. The clause studies theoretical issues of pledge relations.
