Abstract

The relevance of the topic is to explore issues related to the use of the consumer protection. This is because the growth rate of the number of consumer in different directions high. In this connection, it is appropriate to disclose questions about their rights. The objects of the article are the legal norms governing the use of the rights of consumer protection on national and international legislation. The provisions of these regulations directly related to the issues of implementation of the executors of their rights.
