The essence of the code of conduct for officials law enforcement for legal regulation of activity of law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article deals with the content of the Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement Officials and its importance in improving the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article highlights the role of officials in human rights and freedoms protection, to assist a person who is a victim of the accident is not related to the commission of the crime, which should contribute to sustainable immunity to the wrongful conduct. The paper proposes the introduction of certain provisions of the Code of Conduct for officials of law enforcement in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
