The procedural position of public prosecutor in the trial and his relation with the position of the victim

Abstract

This article describes how to regulate the procedural position of public prosecutor in the trial and his relationship with the position of the victim. Prosecutor, represented by the public prosecutor, the person impartial, since he has no personal interest in the outcome of the case. Please note that the public prosecutor – a qualified, which in most cases is better versed in the maintenance of the prosecution, as well as in other related criminal proceedings. For the victim perform certain procedural actions is his right, he can use it, but maybe not, but the prosecutor is the official who was speaking on behalf of the state.
