On the issue of foreign experience in the use of non-traditional methods in the disclosure and investigation of crimes (retrospective review)
Abstract
In this article, questions of a retrospective analysis of foreign experience in the use of non-traditional methods in the disclosure and investigation of crimes have been actualized. The main directions of application of non-traditional methods in the activity of crime disclosure and investigation have been considered. The main stages of using non-traditional methods in forensic activity have been shown. Today, it is obvious the need to introduce scientific, theoretical, technical and psychological knowledge that stimulates the innovative progressive development of tools and methods for improving the theory and practice of combating crime. As well as the need to use the achievements of non-traditional knowledge of the sciences associated with research in the field of psychology, kinesiology, chronobiology, hypnology, etc., always causing considerable interest in the criminalistics environment. In turn, the study of the behavior and inner world of criminals in foreign works is mostly connected with the new legal ideology of the XVII-XIX centuries. In this connection, we will try to make a small retrospective review of the use of non-traditional methods in the activities for the disclosure
and investigation of crimes abroad.
