On the possibilities of forensic examinations in the investigation of acts of terrorism with the use of biological agents

Abstract

The article is devoted to the use of forensic examinations to prove the circumstances of environmental damage by biological agents. The topic is relevant, because it is not sufficiently studied in the domestic scientific literature, notions of biological agents, their properties, effects on environmental elements in the commission of acts of terrorism with the use of biological agents were not considered.
The aim of the research is to show the class of sanitary and epidemiological expertise. The notions of the object of each specific type of expertise have been clarified, and issues that can be resolved with the help of expert studies are considered. The materials are shown, which in addition should be sent for bacteriological research.
The scientific works of biologists, epidemiologists, microbiologists, virologists, dedicated to biological agents, biological weapons, methods for indicating bacteriological material, as well as works of forensic scientists, are devoted to the theory and practice of the appointment and conduct of forensic examinations.
