Abstract

The questions of environmental safety in the sphere of nature. The article also discussed in detail the international experience to determine the amount of damages. In foreign countries, the public is becoming more sensitive to the risks associated with the environment. In addition, technical and legislative regulation that target businesses and processes that affect the state of the environment, becoming more numerous and stringent. These reasons are sufficient to businesses affected by them adopted new strategies and measures to protect the environment. Russia is also doing a lot in this direction. Comparative analysis of the experience of Russia and the CIS countries allows us to speak about the harmonization of measures for environmental protection. The new regulation liability for harm to the environment extends the group of potential liability. It is also very important that this regulation affects particularly serious cases of gradual pollution that may arise due to normal without deviations regulated operations carried out by enterprises.
