This article discusses pervoprezidentskaya form of government as a transitional, temporary form government in the Republic. In this connection it should be noted that the Constitution of the Republic of preserved impact opportunity to come back and rebuild the traditional presidential form of government and the «reverse» transition to her from now pervoprezidentskoy existing form of government.
