The new bills are being reviewed and adopted in accordance with the norms and requirements of the OECD. The OECD recommendations are taken into account in the development of strategic documents. Possible membership in the OECD, to which Kazakhstan aspires, will continue to contribute to the improvement of the national legislative framework in accordance with international standards and requirements. A positive effect for the employment sector will be to improve the efficiency of employment policies, link them with economic policies to maintain a balance between supply and demand in the labour market, and intensify international cooperation to better adapt the labour force to structural changes.
