Huge role responsibilities as a legitimate business. Business activities must be registered, otherwise, it will be banned. Employers have a legal responsibility, which is the legal standards set by the obligation to undergo adverse consequences for non-performance of their established rules of law (law) and the contracts obligations and commitments. Depending on the industry sector of legal norms establishing liability apply civil, administrative and criminal liability of entrepreneurs. Legal responsibility of entrepreneurs emerging in the commission of illegal acts during business activity. So, in business liability is incurred without fault on the principle of harm. However, for various reasons, our legislation provides for a number of cases where entrepreneurs are responsible only if there is guilt in violation of the relevant obligations. The article discusses the responsibility of entrepreneurs for their actions and all the elements of a crime that are the basis of criminal responsibility.
