Crime of aggression in the context of globalization

Abstract

This paper presents a comparative analysis of one of the most serious crimes under international law - aggression and
diplomatic methods in modern process of globalization and integration. Globalization is seen not only in the economic
but also the legal , political aspects , as well as under the prism of security. Disclosed are positive and negative aspects of
aggression and anti-globalization position proglobalizma . Aggression as a crime is a problem not only of international
law but also of globalization. At the behest of the Government of globalization touted as "aggression ." When aggression
state loses its sovereignty and territory by force , and with globalization, the state "loses" its territory and sovereignty
voluntarily . The paper also revealed aggression and terrorism in terms of globalization and integration .
