The right to life in the Kazakh civil law

Abstract

This article aims to identify ways to improve the existing legislation in the fi eld of regulation and legal protection of
life, as the object of the civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, corresponding to modern requirements of the legal
system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and law enforcement.
