Some of the issues of civil rights and liberties of the Interior in the implementation of the law-enforcement bodies

In this paper, an example of the internal affairs bodies are considered separate issues of human rights and freedoms on duty at the
state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author presents a vision of their own deal with the peculiarities of the administrative
activities of the police offi cers in charge of police, as well as the theoretical and applied aspects of safeguards to protect the rights and
freedoms of citizens.
