Some legal problems of adjusting of turn of the genic modified organisms are in Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

Input a word in this article, the problems of legal regulation of genetically modified organisms. In Kazakhstan today is the need for adoption of the law on the legal regulation of genetically modified organisms and thorough review of the legal regulation of this sphere. Unfortunately, the imperfect legal framework and lack of necessary sub legal acts have led to the fact that in Kazakhstan, some aspects of the turnover of GMO are not regulated at all and some – are regulated so that they lose their effectiveness.
