Some issues of counteraction by mass disorder in the activity of organs of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

In the given article the author on the basis of the studying the legal basis of the law enforcement organs of the foreign countries makes proposals in perfection of internal organs of the RK in special conditions particularly in mass disorders occurance.
