Formation and development of institute of delivery of criminals

Abstract

In article rassmotren formation and development of institute of delivery of criminals. The institute of delivery of criminals passed the long period of the historical formation and development. Delivery in any form is ancient institute, its beginning can be tracked since ancient times. For the first time the word «extradition» was used in France, delivery of criminals is known from an extreme antiquity and admits respectively the most ancient form of mutual aid of the states fight against crime, doesn’t raise any doubts.
