Guarantee the implementation of the principle of inviolability of the individual in criminal proceedings

Abstract

The article examines the legal nature of the principle of inviolability of the person as a fundamental guideline and start the criminal process of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Actualized need for further improvement of legislation defining the legal regime of personal immunity in criminal proceedings. An analysis of the legal guarantee of the principle of inviolability of the person.
