Some legal aspects of the regulation of social relations in the field of production and transportation of hydrocarbons

Abstract

This paper analyzed and studied scientific issues related to legal relations that arise in the production, transit, transportation of hydrocarbons. The author considers the distinctive features of the new social relations, as well as their relationship to other legal relations in the field related to the oil and gas sector of the economy of sovereign Kazakhstan. In addition, it is explored solutions to the legal and economic problems to find new ways and forms of energy delivery to consumers.
