Legal regulation of natural resources with a special subsoil operations

Abstract

This article examines the legal problems of nature with special subsoil operations. Public relations arising in the course of development of mineral resources, multi-faceted and regulations not only the rights of the Subsoil, but also related industries Kazakh law – land, environmental, water law, laws governing the relations associated with the processing of mineral raw materials, production of selected products accompanying the subsoil and licensing of certain economic activities.
