Abstract

The basis of legal framework of a political party is the criteria that distinguish it from other organizational and lawful forms of public foundations as the public and legal nature of activity goals enabling citizens to participate in the society’s political life; specific means of fulfilling those goals, formation and expression of their political will, participation in political actions, elections and referendums.
