Presidential form of government the Republic of Kazakhstan as an objective historical reality

Abstract

This article describes the main ideas concerning the form of government in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is noted that the presidential form of government best reflects the hopes and aspirations of the Kazakh people. It is proved that the constitutional provisions concerning the inviolability of tenure and form of government of Kazakhstan aimed at preserving the stability of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The introduction of the institute of presidency in Kazakhstan was preceded by a deep crisis in politics, economics, and ideology. He swept in 1985-1990 the Soviet Union and the entrance to it the republic. This led to the collapse of the USSR and the formation of independent states. Kazakhstan, declared itself a sovereign republic December 16, 1991.
