Some features of pre-judicial investigation of criminal case under the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The start of pre-judicial investigation of criminal case represents one of the most difficult procedural actions and is one of means of achievement of law-enforcement activities for protection of the personality against a criminal offense. By the nature it represents procedural institute which defines circumstances of emergence of criminal case. This stage of criminal trial consists of the public relations arising concerning acceptance, consideration and permission of statements about perfect, or presumably perfect criminal offenses, collection of material for the solution of a question of availability of structure of a criminal offense.
