Legal issues of food security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union

Abstract

This article reflects the customs policy in the sphere of state regulation of foreign trade activities of the Eurasian Economic Union and the adoption of measures for the management and implementation of direct participation in the formation of the customs policy for the benefit of the country. Reflecting the impact of a functional economy, domestic and foreign, economic, science and technology on the legal issues of food security and legitimate ways to improve legislation in this area.
