Constitutional legal status of the prosecutor in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article discusses the activities of the prosecutor’s office to ensure that the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the rule of law in the country. Prosecutors need to use their potential powers granted by law as much as possible for approval and further development of a lawful state ideas, inviolability of the Constitution. On the prosecutor’s office entrusted not only the highest supervision, but also oversight over the legality of laws. In our opinion it is the main purpose of the prosecutor’s office.
