Modern state institute of political system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and some questions of its improvement

Abstract

This article is devoted to the issue of the constitutional legal regulation of the political system in Kazakhstan at the present stage. Reveals the development and functioning of political institutions and civil society institutions, and their impact on the role of the democratic processes in the society and the state. The present status of legislation on political parties and offered their own proposals to improve the legislation on this issue.
