Problems of the prevention of medical criminal offenses

Abstract

In this scientific article authors consider criminal offenses in the sphere of professional activity of health workers and their preventions. The reasons (determinants) are defined of commission medical an offense and is given author’s classification by improvement of the prevention medical criminal an offense. Including authors do the legal analysis to articles of special part of the criminal code of Kazakhstan, and suggest to toughen punishments for medical offenses.
