Legal subjects related to security of the person in criminal proceedings

Abstract

This article examines the legal entities related to security of the person in criminal proceedings, as well as the peculiarities of their legal status. The authors of the safety of persons involved in criminal proceedings became one of the constituent elements of the criminal process as a whole. We consider the level of legal regulation of relations, which should correspond to the significance of the relations themselves, formed by the practice of unconditional implementation of human rights and freedoms; the level of legal sources regulating the relations of security, dependence of the degree of legal influence exerted on the emerging practice; the effect of their legal effects. Analyzed and accepted by the international community developed documents covering key issues in criminal justice and a set of components of its international standards. In the topic in the article are given the conclusions.
