Specific characteristics and principles of governing institution activity

Abstract

The author reveals the concept of state power with the help of its specific features. Characteristic features of the state authority are identified in this article that distinguishes it from the element system of state mechanism. The author gives her/his definition of the state authority. The differences between the state and non-state authorities are explained as well. The principles of formation, functioning and interaction of state bodies are highlighted and described in the article under consideration.
