For violating the principles of scientific ethics, the article by authors Zhamankaraeva Galiya Seitkarimovna (Alikhan Bokeikhan University Semey) and Sabirov Auelkhan Ilyaskhanovich (Central Asian Innovation University Shymkent) "The problem of national and supranational criteria for the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" has been retracted and removed from No. 2 (106) 2023.
We also inform you that the journal has banned the publication of articles from authors G.S. Zhamankaraeva and A.I. Sabirova for three years as unethical authors.
