About the Journal
"Journal of actual problems of jurisprudence" was founded in 1992. The founder and the publisher of the journal is Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The journal has developed and approved cover and title pages with an indication of the institution, imprint of the issue, ISSN, eISSN, editorial board, editorial policy, publication ethics and website. The journal is published 4 times a year.
The articles of the journal are registered in the CrossRef database and each author's article is necessarily assigned a DOI - a digital identifier of the object, which is used to provide a citation, reference and output to electronic documents.
The journal is indexed by the Kazakhstan Citation Base (KazCB) of the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise JSC.
The journal is also placed in the Scientific Electronic Library elibrary.ru in open access for readers and is included in the analytical database "Russian Science Citation Index" (RSCI).
The editorial board of the journal includes leading Kazakhstani and foreign scientists.
The journal follows the policy of information openness and accessibility of authors' publications, articles are posted on the journal's website in three languages in full-text access.
Aim & Scope
The aim of the journal is to publish the results of scientific research and articles by scientists in legal and international legal areas.
Created as the leading periodical of social and legal research, the journal "Journal of actual problems of jurisprudence" offers an interdisciplinary approach, strives to achieve broad international attractiveness, attract input and resolve issues from various legal relations, as well as theoretical and practical issues of public interest.
The objectives of the journal:
• consolidation and development of legal doctrines at the foreign and national level in the formation of the rule of law and civil society in the scientific and publication sphere;
• promotion of advanced concepts and practices of effective management of scientific, innovative and educational activities of leading researchers both within the state and foreign countries;
• raising the professional level of scientists in the field of jurisprudence and related fields.
• Enrich the experience of the law school by fostering critical analysis of the assumptions and theories that underlie the law school curriculum.
• create an open scientific discussion in the scientific community, exchange experience among scientists;
• to make the results of research and scientific novelty of scientists available in the scientific environment;
• by creating open access through the Internet resources and portals of the university to expand the scientific border.

The materials of the journal cover a wide range of topical problems of legal science, theory of state and law, as well as all branches of Kazakhstani and international jurisprudence.

* The author(s) of the manuscript approved for publication in the journal are obliged to pay for publication in accordance with the approved price list for publication in the scientific journals of al-Farabi KazNU. According to the approved price list, payment for publication is 2000 tenge per page. In exceptional cases, if there are other sources of funding for the journal series, authors may be fully or partially exempted from payment for the publication of the article.
