The problem of prevention of criminal offences medical

Abstract

Criminal offenses in the sphere of professional activity of medical workers, is today one of the most important problems of socio-legal character. This phenomenon shows not only for the size of its stability, as well as a number of negative consequences, the growth of the volume and severity of latent criminal offences and the volume of serious social consequences.Prevention of defects of rendering of medical aid and professional offenses of doctors and other healthcare professionals is the competence of each institution, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, because it involves the issue of national security. The author analyzed the development of legal regulation of medical practice, the article also discusses the main directions and specific measures to prevent medical criminal law violations.
