Actual problems of the criminal responsibility of health workers

Abstract

Under consideration article is discussed the responsibility of medical employees for commission of crimes in connection
with the performance of their professional duties. Professional activity of medical workers divided into three groups:
accident, medical errors and criminal acts. Identified a number of reasons is represent the difficulty in qualifications
of medical crimes (crimes of medical subjects), the problem a causal link, the lack of a common legal framework, etc.
