Features of judicial review in the criminal trial of the RK

Abstract

The article analyzes the main features of the formation and development of judicial control in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We consider the modern interpretation of the concept of judicial review. The analysis of different points of view, as well as a comparative analysis of international law. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis of the stages of development and establishment of judicial control in Kazakhstan.
