Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of legislative regulation and improving the legal framework to combat terrorismand extremism. Modern terrorism and extremismhas acquired an international character, respectively, and the struggle must be carried out with them at the international level. Since there are difficulties associated primarily with the specific national regulations - so it is the task of determining the unification of these standards.
