Abstract

The author examines the leading role of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the state to ensure the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. A special place in the state to ensure the rights and freedoms of man and citizen takes the President of Kazakhstan. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan determines the status of the President as the guarantor of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, thus obliging him to create the conditions and means of their smooth implementation.
