Abstract

The article discusses the role and importance of civil society institutions in the system of social control. Great importance is attached on the relation of social control and state control. Civilian control is represented as an independent state by law certain democratic mechanism in the system of social control, in which the institutions of civil society through representative bodies or directly carried out on the impact of policies and practices of state authorities.
