In the article the questions of legal position of custom representative are examined in the field of custom business. Being one of key figures in the field of custom business, a custom representative bears the double responsibility: custom-legal and civil legal. Custom representatives, as organizations or mediators in a custom sphere provide literate and corresponding to the customs legislation of the Customs union cleaning and custom treatment of loads.
