The history of the national customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article discusses the history of the formation of the national customs legislation since the beginning of the XX century to the present time. The Soviet period of development of customs business in the territory of Kazakhstan, as well as the period of independence is illuminated with those regulations, which were fundamental in the formation of national customs structures.
