Some questions of application of ordinary customs duties: extract from the Report of the Working Party on the Accession of the RK to the WTO Agreement (The second part)

Abstract

This article discusses some of the issues of application of ordinary customs duties, which were included in the Report of the Working Group on the accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the WTO Agreement of 23 June 2015. The report contains specific, individual commitments made by Kazakhstan’s accession to the WTO. Of these materials, the reader may form some understanding of legal regulation of trade arrangements at the multilateral level, in particular, about certain aspects of the customs and tariff regulation, as well as to predict the prospects of law enforcement in this matter.
