Improvement of legal support and mechanism for the implementation of unsolicited investigative actions

Abstract

In the article the author conducted a study of the problems of theory and practice of unsolicited investigative actions that made it possible to determine the shortcomings of their legal support and the implementation mechanism, outlined the main model of improving the criminal procedural legislation of organizational and procedural nature on the problems raised by us.
