Legal aspects of children adoption under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article considered procedural problems of children adoptionunder the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also considered legal institution of the adoption and its efficiency. There are offering measures to improve the adoption. Sujesting examples for procedural problems of children adoptionunder the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, offering measures to decide them.
